SHIPPING & HANDLING
Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days after placing your order. Once your order is shipped you will receive a notification by e-mail. Orders arrival time depends on location estimated 2-3 business days from when it has been shipped.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
After placing an order, if you decide you want a refund, you must have a written request notice and it must be submitted within 24 hours after placing your order. Notices submitted after 24 hour period will not be accommodated as orders are being fulfilled thereafter.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item(s) over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
